A Magazine Devoted to Print Is Moving to the Web

It’s no secret that as they struggle financially, newspapers and magazines are doing some radical cost-cutting, like abandoning paper for a purely digital future.

So it makes sense that the same would apply to a magazine about newspapers, supported by newspapers.

Last week, subscribers to Presstime, the monthly magazine of the Newspaper Association of America, received, along with the new issue, a letter informing them that it was the last hard copy they would see. Presstime, its staff already much reduced, will continue on the association’s Web site.
