P-I will print at least until next week

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer apparently will keep rolling off the presses until at least next week.

That’s according to Paul Luthringer, Hearst’s spokesman in New York, who said in an email Wednesday that Hearst Corp. expects to “announce a decision regarding the P-I at some point next week.”

Hearst announced in January that it was seeking a buyer for the daily newspaper and if no buyer emerged, it would cease publishing a print newspaper.
